and to educate ourselves on market trends and networking opportunities.

We meet weekly in a constructive forum to discuss and share ideas, job leads, job market trends and alternative
search resources.

We act as a support system and network to leverage and accelerate job search efforts.

We provide positive encouragement and motivation through the transition period and on an ongoing
basis to continually help each other throughout our careers.

We strive to have representation across all core business functions including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Legal,
Operations and General Management. Our membership is exclusive as it is limited to 16 active executives.

We invite Guest Speakers to attend a meeting to share experiences, perspectives and
suggestions on successful executive job search and career management.
